ARCHITECTURAL FOAM AND EIFS FROM CCG

SO MANY POSSIBILITIES

CCG can design, cut, coat and paint special foam products for signs, logos, props, columns and others.  Our professionals cut each design with incredible precision using state-of-the-art foam cutting machines.  After getting coated,  they are then given to our own specialized painters. Quality is of importance to us and it’s the only product we send out, but our timing is also praised for efficiency. Before you know it, your custom designed sign, logo, prop or whatever product your imagination desires is shipped to you and installed if needed.

TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

While CCG has been supplying EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) using foam for multiple years, we have recently redesigned our department and services to provide more foam products and a broader spectrum of custom cutting we are able to produce.  CCG has taken a service we offered through other contractors and has placed it in-house to give better service and more options for architectural foam.

OUR EIFS/ARCHITECTURAL FOAM CUT & DESIGN PROCESS

For a new home, we will receive blueprints from the architecture that shows the specs for the custom cuts of architectural foam. After uploading or tracing the shapes into our new Coral system, our foam cutters are able to produce a 3-dimensional identical foam piece.

From there, the foam goes through the coating process, often receiving 2 to 3 coats of spray-on stucco. After drying, the foam pieces are collected per house and are shipped for installation.
